Freeze Dried – Free Range Chicken Egg-  Powdered (72 Large Grade A  Eggs)

The eggs we use are sourced from a small local family operated and state registered farm.

For one( 1) large egg.  Reconstitute by whisking together two (2)  packed tablespoons of egg powder with three (3) tablespoons water.  Equals 1 large egg.

Use with any baking recipe that calls for eggs.  Also, makes excellent scrambled eggs and omelets. Just add an extra 1/2 tablespoon of water to the mix (per egg). This make them a little more fluffy.
